Role Overview
We are looking for a Center Coordinator/ Academic Counselor to join our leadership team at [ANNEX Little Me]. This role is critical in shaping strategic initiatives, driving innovation, and influencing the direction of our organization's projects and vision. As a Center Coordinator/ Academic Counselor, you will leverage your extensive experience to guide teams in delivering high-quality solutions while fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and excellence in execution.
- Drive the strategic planning process by identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement across the organization.
- Champion the adoption of best practices and maintain standards to enhance holistic development .
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Conduct technical reviews and provide insightful feedback to ensure alignment with architectural principles.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional growth among team members.
- Train assistant Teachers as per need.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- 3+ years of teaching experience, with a strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional strategies.
- State teaching certification and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Preferred:
- Experience in leadership roles within educational settings.
- Master's degree in Education or a related field.
- Familiarity with educational technology and blended learning approaches.
