We are seeking a proactive and organized Center Coordinator to support the daily operations of a government-supported center. The role involves coordinating activities, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth functioning of the center in alignment with project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day activities and ensure timely execution
- Maintain records, attendance, and documentation as per guidelines
- Support staff and mobilizers in operational tasks
- Assist in organizing community outreach and awareness events
- Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders
- Ensure the center remains clean, functional, and welcoming
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, data entry)
- Prior experience in coordination or administrative roles preferred
