TutorX, based in Gurugram, offers personally tailored 1-on-1 online tutoring sessions for K-12 and professional courses. They cater to students in 15+ countries, providing customized educational support.
Role Description:
Session Coordinator plays a critical role in managing the tutoring sessions to ensure a seamless experience for both tutors and students.
Core Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate live tutoring sessions
- Monitor sessions to ensure quality and adherence to guidelines
- Provide real-time technical support and escalate issues to IT when needed
- Maintain and update teaching resources
- Assist with tutor and student onboarding and platform support
- Track attendance, performance, and session feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Generate periodic performance and engagement reports
Required Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation & coordination skills.
- Ability to handle technical issues efficiently.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in EdTech
- Familiarity with online platforms and EdTech tools
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
