Jalan Infrastructure LLP is seeking for an "female" emoployee who must have 6+ years of experience as a process Coordinator. Must effeciently manage workflows, ensure timely execution of processes, and coordinator interdepartmental communication for smooth operations.
Qualification- Any Graduation
Experience- 5-6 years
Age- 30+
Gender- Female
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all worflow and process flowcharts across department
- Monitor and ensure each step in the workflow is completed on time
- Coordinate with team members to share necessary information
- Track the status of tasks and follow up to avoid delays
- Maintain proper records and documantation of workflow
- Identify and report any issues or bottlenecks in the process
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of business processes and workflow
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Strong time management and follow-up skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle documentation
- Team player with a procative approach
