Course Co-ordinator

Key Duties:

• Manage curriculum planning and coordination with faculty.
• Oversee student enrollment, orientation, progress tracking, and grievance handling.
• Maintain LMS, student records, and generate academic performance reports.
• Organize workshops, seminars, and co-curricular events.
• Facilitate instructor training and alignment meetings.
• Handle administrative scheduling, resource bookings, and compliance documentation.

Requirements:

• Graduate (PG/MBA preferred), 2+ years in academic coordination or education operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and IT skills.
• Knowledge of curriculum design, assessment strategies, and academic policies.
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and ensure timely course delivery.

Compensation:

• Annual salary ₹3 L–₹5 L (based on experience).
