- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer queries and resolve issues.
- Explain the company’s products or services clearly.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a proper database.
- Record customer details and feedback accurately.
- Meet daily/weekly calling targets.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude on calls.
