Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking on the phone with several people each day to discuss our products/services, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries.
- Explain products/services to clients and influence them to purchase or book appointments.
- Maintain and update the database with accurate information.
- Follow up with potential leads and maintain regular contact.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Provide feedback on customer responses to help improve services/products.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [Insert required languages: e.g., English, Hindi, Marathi].
- Ability to handle rejection and stress in a professional manner.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
- Positive attitude, persuasive, and resilient.
