We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Baker / Pastry Chef to join our kitchen team. You’ll be responsible for preparing a wide variety of bakery items, including artisanal breads, croissants, cheesecakes, and desserts that match our café’s premium standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake fresh breads, croissants, pastries, cookies, and cakes daily
- Follow and refine recipes to maintain consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation
- Decorate and finish cakes and desserts with creativity and precision
- Manage dough proofing, shaping, baking, and cooling processes
- Monitor ingredient stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized baking environment
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely order execution
- Experiment with new recipes and contribute to seasonal menu updates
Skills & Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with baking pastries, sourdough, laminated doughs, and cakes
- Strong understanding of baking techniques, temperatures, and proofing times
- Ability to follow recipes while also contributing creative variations
- Familiarity with bakery equipment (mixers, proofers, deck ovens, etc.)
- Good time management and multitasking skills
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
