The Human Resources and People Strategy team at Navi manages the entire employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and HR operations to employee engagement and development. They partner closely with both tech and non-tech business teams to design and implement strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent, ensuring a thriving, high-performance organizational culture.
About the Role
At Navi, acquiring “top quality talent” has been a core focus. As dedicated talent partners, we see ourselves as the custodians of talent, ensuring we recruit the best for our teams! Talent acquisition at Navi is broadly divided into 3 verticals - Non-Tech, Tech and SBO.
We are Looking for highly passionate recruiters to join our Tech vertical! This comprises charters such as Engineering and Data Science. As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for our organization. If you thrive on the excitement of finding top-notch candidates and making great matches, then you could be the right fit!
What We Expect From You
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for your respective roles
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various channels such as Linkedin, Naukri, IIM Jobs, etc.
- End to end ownership of hiring requirements across charters
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, and offer negotiations..
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to management.
- Assist with other TA-related tasks and projects as needed

-Relevant experience in hiring for Tech.

-Proficient in MS Office suite and Google Sheets.
