Responsibilities
- B2C order processing and Shipping through different logistics partners and aggregators.
- Logistics follow ups with multiple partners.
- Proactively NDR validation and arranging delivery
- Handling customer escalation and providing resolution.
- Data updation
- Analysis logistics performance through generating different types of MIS
- Packing Orders for shipping, coordinating with courier Partners.
- Handling the customer query.
- Track the order details.
- Maintain the data of the shipping.
- Check the customer information before the dispatch the order.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or related to field.
- Proven experience in a Logistic.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Proficient in using MS office and Excel.
