- Lead and manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of BOP systems across mechanical, electrical, and civil domains.
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, OEMs, and internal stakeholders to ensure reliable and efficient functioning of auxiliaries.
- Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance schedules, ensuring minimum downtime and maximum plant availability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, cost optimization, and operational excellence in BOP systems.
- Review and analyze performance reports, fault data, and KPIs to develop corrective actions and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
- Train and mentor technical staff, fostering cross-functional efficiency and knowledge sharing.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical discipline.
27–33 years of progressively responsible experience in power plant operations, particularly in Balance of Plant domains.
Proven track record in leading technical teams, managing crises, and delivering high plant uptime.
