Project Management & Execution
- Oversee and manage multiple construction sites/projects from initiation to completion.
- Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery as per quality standards.
- Address issues related to delays, cost overruns, and resource allocation.
Team Leadership
- Supervise site engineers, project managers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Facilitate coordination between design, procurement, and construction teams.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
