You will be the frontline for growing our UPVC sales in your assigned territory. Whether engaging with fabricators, builders, or residential clients, your mission is to generate leads, close sales, and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales
Identify and engage new clients—including builders, architects, fabricators, and residential users—to promote UPVC products and services.
- Product Demonstration & Technical Sales
Present features and benefits of UPVC doors and windows. Educate clients on technical aspects clearly and persuasively.
- Client Relationship Management
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and business partners for repeat sales and referrals.
- Target Achievement
Reach set monthly and annual sales targets (both primary and secondary channels).
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Keep track of competitor offerings, pricing, and industry trends; adjust your sales strategy accordingly.
- Sales Documentation & Coordination
Prepare and share BOQs, proposals, and quotations. Coordinate smoothly with operations and delivery teams.
- Sales Reporting
Provide regular updates on sales progress, pipeline stages, and collection status.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred; an MBA (Marketing/Sales) is a plus.
- Experience: 2+ years in field sales—specifically UPVC doors/windows or relevant building materials.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with UPVC profiles, fabrication process, and usage context.
- Communication & Persuasion: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Organizational Skills: Effective at pipeline management, territory planning, and admin/reporting tasks.
- Mobility: Must have own two-wheeler and valid driving license; comfortable with frequent travel
