Key Responsibilities:
- Actively identify potential clients through field visits, networking, and references
- Promote and sell financial products by understanding customer needs
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback
- Prepare daily activity reports and update management regularly
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales or marketing, preferably in BFSI
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Goal-driven with the ability to work independently
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid license
