They are also responsible for prospecting, demonstrating products, and providing customer support. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:Identifying potential customers through various channels like networking, and online research.
- Client Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and identify upselling opportunities.
- Product Demonstrations and Presentations:Clearly articulating the value proposition of products or services to potential and existing clients.
- Negotiation and Closing Deals:Negotiating contracts and agreements to secure sales while ensuring satisfaction for both the client and the company.
- Sales Target Achievement:Working towards and achieving monthly or annual sales targets and quotas.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis:Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, tracking performance, and generating reports.
- Staying Informed:Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
