Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of tele callers handling sales order processing.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor performance to ensure targets are met.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of sales orders into the system.
- Oversee follow-ups with customers regarding orders, delivery schedules, and payment status.
- Coordinate with inventory, accounts, and other departments for seamless order fulfillment.
- Monitor team productivity and provide training, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Maintain updated customer records and order status reports.
- Handle escalated customer queries related to sales orders and service.
- Implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and customer experience.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales, with experience in leading a team.
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of sales order processes and CRM/ERP systems.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and time-sensitive environment.
