Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Team Member to join our dynamic real estate team. As a key member of our team, you will support the sales process, assist clients, and help ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced real estate environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about real estate, possesses strong communication skills, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Assist clients with inquiries, provide property information, and schedule showings. Ensure all client interactions are professional and informative.
- Lead Management: Follow up on inbound leads and maintain a database of potential clients. Assist with converting leads into clients by offering exceptional service.
- Marketing And Sales Support: Assist in creating marketing materials, including property listings, brochures, and online content. Help maintain and update the team's website and social media platforms.
- Administrative Duties: Manage paperwork, contracts, and transaction coordination to ensure timely completion of all necessary documents. Maintain organized files and records for current transactions.
- Property Search & Showings: Assist clients in searching for properties based on their needs and preferences. Attend property showings with clients and provide them with relevant information.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and neighborhood information to assist clients in making well-informed decisions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team leader, agents, and other team members to ensure smooth operations and help meet the team’s sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or a customer service-oriented role is a plus.
- Real estate license (if applicable in your area) or willingness to obtain one.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Social media knowledge and basic marketing skills preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
