Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager with in-depth knowledge of the Bilaspur property market. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in real estate sales, strong negotiation skills, and experience in closing high-value residential and commercial deals. This role requires a result-driven professional who can lead a sales team, build strong client relationships, and consistently achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed project-specific and overall revenue targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from generating leads to closing residential and commercial property deals.
- Drive sales initiatives in line with the local Bilaspur market dynamics.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Provide regular training on sales techniques, customer engagement, and deal closure strategies.
- Monitor performance and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Building
- Build strong relationships with local clients, brokers, and channel partners in the Bilaspur region.
- Handle high-value negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance for all transactions.
Market Knowledge & Competitive Analysis
- Stay updated on Bilaspur real estate market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and demand patterns.
- Provide insights to management for better positioning and strategy formulation.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities, campaigns, and property events.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: 8–12 years in real estate sales (Bilaspur market knowledge is mandatory).
- Qualification: Graduate or MBA in Sales/Marketing.
- Skills:
- Proven ability to close high-value real estate deals.
- Strong network of clients and brokers in Bilaspur.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to achieve aggressive sales targets.
