Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and well-presented Sales Executive to meet clients, explain project details, and convert leads into sales. The role requires good communication, knowledge of real estate, and the ability to understand customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Meet and engage with clients during calls, meetings, and site visits.
- Explain project details, materials, USP, and location benefits (connectivity, nearby facilities).
- Research customer profiles to understand their budget, lifestyle, and preferences.
- Do proper follow-ups and categorize clients (Hot, Warm, Cold) for revisits.
- Maintain records of interactions in CRM.
- Be professional, well-groomed, and confident in all presentations.
- Work with the team and maintain honesty in all dealings.
Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of real estate terms and project details.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to profile and understand customers.
- Experience in sales (real estate preferred).
- Graduate degree; MBA is a plus.
