Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telecaller-Pre-Sales to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting inquiries into successful interior design projects through effective communication, follow-ups, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed interior design projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements, functional needs, and aesthetic preferences.
- Prepare and submit proposals and quotations in line with company pricing policies.
- Conduct timely and regular follow-ups with potential clients to maintain engagement and close deals.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Provide accurate feedback on sales performance, customer insights, and market trends.
- Assist in preparing and updating sales materials, contracts, and presentations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, or similar role.
- Ability to understand and present interior design solutions effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and timely follow-ups.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
Qualifications
- Must be a female candidate.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English.
- Must know how to work with google sheets.
- Interns with good communications can also join.
