Job Summary
The Pre-Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential customers before the sales process formally begins. The role focuses on lead qualification, initial communication, understanding customer needs, and setting up meetings for the sales team. This position plays a crucial role in building the company’s client base and ensuring a smooth handover to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and qualify potential leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Provide initial information about projects, pricing, amenities, and location details to prospects.
- Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate lead information.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
- Handle incoming inquiries from advertisements, campaigns, and referrals.
- Understand client preferences and budget to match them with suitable property options.
- Ensure timely follow-up with leads to maintain interest and move them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to share feedback on lead quality.
- Assist in preparing pre-sales documentation and promotional material.
- Maintain professionalism and represent the company brand positively in all interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in real estate pre-sales or telecalling (freshers may apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in [languages required – e.g., English, Hindi, local language].
- Basic understanding of the real estate market and sales process.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
