Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic pre-sales executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming leads, conducting client follow-ups, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into clients. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who have strong communication skills and an interest in real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Call and follow up with potential leads to understand their property requirements.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for timely client engagement.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM regularly.
- Provide customers with detailed information about available properties and projects.
- Share brochures, pricing, and other required documents with clients.
- Support the sales team by preparing client data and follow-up reports.
- Assist in organizing promotional events or campaigns if needed.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, BCom, BA preferred).
- 0–1 year of experience in pre-sales, tele-calling, or customer service (real estate experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
