- Managing Schedules and Calendars: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handling Correspondence: Answering phone calls, emails, and managing written communication on behalf of the employer.
- Meeting Coordination: Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring logistical support for meetings.
- Travel Arrangements: Booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Document Management: Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Data Management: Maintaining databases and filing systems.
- Expense Management: Collating and filing business expenses.
- Client and Supplier Liaison: Acting as a point of contact and facilitating communication with clients and suppliers.
