Personal Secretary

• Managing Schedules and Calendars: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handling Correspondence: Answering phone calls, emails, and managing written communication on behalf of the employer.
• Meeting Coordination: Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring logistical support for meetings.
• Travel Arrangements: Booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Document Management: Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Data Management: Maintaining databases and filing systems.
• Expense Management: Collating and filing business expenses.
• Client and Supplier Liaison: Acting as a point of contact and facilitating communication with clients and suppliers.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Event Planning: Organizing and coordinating events.
• Research and Information Gathering: Conducting research and compiling information.
• Office Management: Ordering supplies, managing mail, and ensuring the office is well-maintained.
• Personal Errands: Assisting with personal errands as needed.
• Maintaining Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Providing Customer Service: Dealing with clients and visitors in a professional and efficient manner.

This Candidate will be on point of contact on MD's behalf.

Travel may be a part of the above job responsibilities
