Primary Missions:
- Calendar Management
- Correspondence Handling
- Travel Arrangements
Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars and appointment scheduling.
- Prepare event-related documents, contracts, and reports.
- Maintain and organize files, emails, and correspondence.
Communication:
- Act as a liaison between the event manager and clients, vendors, or team members.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and messages professionally.
- Draft and proofread emails, invitations, and other documents.
Event Coordination Support:
- Assist with venue bookings, vendor coordination, and hotel bookings.
- Monitor event checklists and follow up on deadlines.
- Maintain guest lists, RSVPs, and seating arrangements.
Logistics:
- Book travel and accommodations for team members or VIP guests.
- Coordinate transportation, catering, and AV needs for events.
On-Site Support (if required):
- Help with registration desks, welcome kits, and VIP handling.
- Ensure the smooth execution of the event schedule.
Key Skills Required:
