We work closely with top-tier celebrities and brands to craft high-impact campaigns that drive visibility, trust, and conversions. We’re now looking for a sharp, analytical, and creative Performance Marketer to scale our media buying and conversion funnels with a strong focus on measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities:Media Buying & Campaign Execution:
- Plan, execute, and optimize large-scale paid ad campaigns (₹10 Cr+) across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and programmatic channels.
- Leverage celebrity-led creatives to maximize campaign performance, while A/B testing copy, creatives, and audience segments.
- Set clear KPIs across platforms (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM) and drive continuous performance improvements.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Collaborate with the design and tech teams to optimize landing pages, funnels, and product pages for better conversion.
- Use tools like Google Optimize, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, and GA4 to analyze user behavior and identify friction points.
- Run systematic A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion metrics.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Own full-funnel analytics: from impression to revenue.
- Report campaign performance with actionable insights on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Use platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and custom dashboards to track and analyze data.
Strategic Thinking:
- Align campaign objectives with brand positioning, product-market fit, and celebrity/influencer voice.
- Work closely with creative and talent teams to align ad creatives with performance data and insights.
- Explore new growth channels, tools, and emerging platforms.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience with proven results (preferably in high-budget environments).
- Experience managing ₹1 Cr+ monthly paid media budgets.
- Strong understanding of celebrity/influencer-led marketing funnels.
- Deep knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and display networks.
- Proficiency in CRO tools and best practices.
- Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills.
- Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience working with celebrity brands, D2C brands, or influencer-led campaigns.
- Exposure to affiliate and referral marketing ecosystems.
- Working knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar).
