Job Title: Dispatch & Stock Executive
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 2–3 years in stock management/dispatch
Role Summary:
Responsible for managing inventory, auditing dispatch documents, and coordinating with sales, factory, and vendors to ensure smooth stock operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate stock records and update MIS.
- Audit dispatch documents (domestic & export) and resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct monthly stock audits and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with factories for stock movement and manage inward/outward entries.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years’ experience in stock/inventory control or dispatch.
- Knowledge of MIS, Excel, and documentation (MRF, RGP, Challan).
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
