Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads for MICE business through networking, corporate visits, cold calling, and market research.
- Pitch MICE services to corporates and event organizers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and agencies.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized MICE solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for cost estimation, proposals, and execution.
- Negotiate contracts, close sales, and achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports on sales activities, pipelines, and closures.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to represent the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in MICE sales or B2B travel/event sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,446.57 per month
