Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential corporate clients for MICE opportunities.
- Support the team in generating leads through online research, LinkedIn, cold calling, and email campaigns.
- Help in maintaining and updating the client database and sales tracker.
- Coordinate with internal teams to create and share basic proposals or pitch decks.
- Assist in setting up client meetings and preparing meeting briefs.
- Track ongoing inquiries and follow up with clients under supervision.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming MICE events.
- Support in documentation, reporting, and any other day-to-day business development tasks.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
- Interest in the travel, events, or hospitality industry is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
