We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Marriage Coach with a strong background in family psychology and marital therapy. The ideal candidate will work with individuals, couples, and families to address relational challenges, enhance emotional well-being, and support personal growth. This role demands a high level of empathy, professional ethics, and a deep understanding of psychological theories and family systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment for clients.
- Provide therapy and guidance on marital issues, family conflicts, and mental health concerns.
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments through detailed interviews and case history gathering.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and clear therapeutic goals tailored to each client's needs.
- Design and implement structured session blueprints based on psychological frameworks.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in line with ethical and professional standards.
- Collaborate with co-therapists in group discussions to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of therapy sessions.
- Create psychoeducational content to support clients’ emotional learning and development.
- Participate in ongoing training, seminars, and workshops for professional development.

Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in Psychology or related field: MSc, MA, or MPhil (Psychology, counseling, or related disciplines).
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in marital therapy, family counseling, or clinical settings.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including individuals, couples, and families.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
