About the position
We are looking for a dynamic agile coach/scrum master with expertise in enforcing agile principles across all disciplines of a design and manufacturing setup. The professional would be expected to train teams on agile principles and ensure the enforcement of the same across all departments of the company.
Responsibilities
- Manage each project’s scope and timeline
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
- Coach all teams in Agile frameworks
- Implement agile processes, with modification as per the nature of the team’s work, for engineering, manufacturing, servicing, sales & marketing, and HR teams.
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Guide all teams to higher scrum maturity
- Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
Required technical skills
- Experience in a scrum master role
- Experience in implementing agile/scrum principles in both engineering and non-engineering teams.
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of popular scrum software tools like Jira, Trello, Planner, Asana etc.
- Excellent command over English and Hindi (both written and verbal)
- Experience with writing detailed documents and preparing videos for tutorials
Bonus technical skills
- Ability to develop automation for agile softwares like Jira, Asana etc.
- Experience with tweaking standard agile/scrum rules to mould the process for the relevant team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Engineering or BBA/MBA with at least 3 years of experience, with projects in non-engineering teams.
- Scrum Master Certification

- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
- Scrum master certification is a plus
