Job description
- Monitor calls and coach the BDRs for performance enhancement and call quality.
- Conduct disposition analysis and build insights for coaching
- Prepare TNA and provide insights for the Ops department
- Conduct Need based trainings to enhance call quality
- Ensure calibration of the Process standards and run activities to drive consistency
- Audit call notes and Lead handover to deliver better quality
- Provide learning and coaching opportunities to program teams, and work with supervisors to take corrective action if necessary.
- Prepare reports and manage data relevant to the program performance and Coaching plans.
Desired candidate Must Have
- College Degree in any stream
- Experience in coaching and good understanding of the different coaching concepts
- Adept at engaging with international clientele
- Able to effectively understand and communicate using American dialect.
- Experience in any of the following would be an added advantage
- Any candidate with BDR/ SDR experience
- SQL/BANT/Appointment Gen, campaign types in Demand Generation
- Drafting call notes/ call comments for client deliveries.
- Experience in leading a QA Team OR worked delivering HQL/ SQL campaigns
- Candidates who have worked in Cold call centers with experience in telesales
- Business Acumen for the B2B lead generation industry (Only from B2B lead gen domain) – Minimum 2 years
