Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly accomplished and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our real estate sales operations in Bilaspur. The ideal candidate will have 20+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with renowned organizations, and an outstanding record in driving sales performance and closing high-value residential projects. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership skills, strategic business acumen, and a deep understanding of the Chhattisgarh real estate market.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed project-specific and overall revenue targets.
- Lead the entire sales cycle for residential real estate projects, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Identify and develop relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), institutional investors, and channel partners.
- Drive business growth through innovative strategies, effective marketing coordination, and robust sales initiatives.
Project Closure & Negotiations
- Lead negotiations and finalize agreements for closing large residential and commercial projects.
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and smooth handover processes for all project closures.
- Monitor customer satisfaction throughout the transaction lifecycle and handle escalations when required.
Leadership & Team Management
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to deliver consistent results.
- Set clear objectives, conduct performance reviews, and implement training programs to enhance capabilities.
- Foster a results-oriented culture focused on achieving project sales targets.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to optimize sales performance.
- Provide actionable insights and reports to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Financial Oversight & Reporting
- Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and revenue targets for assigned projects.
- Present periodic performance reports and implement corrective measures to address variances.
Compliance & Ethical Practices
- Ensure all sales transactions comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
- Promote ethical practices and uphold the highest level of integrity in client dealings.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 20 years in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a reputed firm.
- Education: MBA in Sales/Marketing.
- Location: Must be from Chhattisgarh and have extensive knowledge of the local real estate market.
