- Greet guests and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information.
- Maintain front desk operations, records, and reports.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments as needed.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or front office roles is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
