Front Desk Associate

• Greet guests and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information.
• Maintain front desk operations, records, and reports.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments as needed.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
• Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or front office roles is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
