Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Commis Chef - Continental to join our dynamic Cloud Kitchen team. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing high-quality Continental dishes while maintaining hygiene standards and kitchen efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of Continental cuisine (pasta, grilled dishes, salads, soups, etc.).
- Follow standard recipes and portion sizes as guided by the CDP/Sous Chef.
- Maintain mise-en-place for assigned section.
- Ensure all food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.
- Adhere to cloud kitchen SOPs for order packaging and delivery timelines.
- Store raw materials and prepared food properly to minimize waste and spoilage.
- Support the team in maintaining food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Comply with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Learn and adapt to new dishes and menu updates regularly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (Continental cuisine preferred).
- Experience in cloud kitchens or high-volume delivery kitchens is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and HACCP guidelines.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for food and eagerness to learn.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
