Job Title: Kitchen Helper / Assistant (BBQ Kitchen)
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Helper / Assistant to join our BBQ kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of spices and a strong willingness to learn. You will support the chef with food preparation, marination, cleaning, and general kitchen tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in marinating chicken with spices
- Help with grilling preparation and other kitchen duties
- Wash and clean utensils, equipment, and work areas
- Organize ingredients and maintain kitchen cleanliness
- Follow hygiene and safety standards
- Support the chef and kitchen team as needed
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of spices and kitchen work
- Previous experience (preferred but not required)
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to work long hours and as part of a team
Job Timings:
11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (1-hour break)
