Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Serve food and drinks promptly in accordance with service standards. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any requests or complaints professionally. Clear tables and reset them for the next guests. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow. Process bills and handle payments. Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Good memory and attention to detail. Positive attitude and professional appearance.
