Rasha Bowl is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waiters/Waitresses to join our team. We are a popular restaurant known for our vibrant atmosphere and delicious, healthy cuisine. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional service and ensuring every guest has a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests as they arrive.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about our food and beverage options, including specials and promotions.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Anticipate guests' needs and proactively respond to their requests.
- Manage a clean and well-organized section of the dining area.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
- Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A team player with a strong work ethic.
