Job Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling to students and professionals regarding overseas education and immigration opportunities.
- Guide applicants on courses, universities, eligibility, and visa processes.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Assist in documentation, application processing, and interview preparation.
- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to branch growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- Prior experience in counseling/education/immigration services preferred (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Malayalam mandatory, Hindi/Tamil added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM).
- Strong convincing skills and a customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹14,999.00 - ₹20,200.00 per month
