Marketing & Business Development
- Identify new customers, distributors, and markets for fresh seafood exports.
- Develop and maintain relationships with international buyers, traders, and logistics partners.
- Assist in creating marketing content (product catalogs, presentations, digital promotions).
- Conduct market research on seafood demand, pricing trends, and competitor activity.
Operations & Coordination
- Oversee day-to-day export operations including documentation, logistics, and compliance.
- Coordinate with suppliers, fishermen, and cold storage facilities to ensure timely availability of seafood.
- Work with shipping & freight agents to manage smooth export processes.
- Ensure quality standards, packaging, and hygiene requirements are met.
Production & Quality Handling
- Supervise handling, grading, and packing of seafood at the processing/packaging unit.
- Monitor cold chain operations to ensure freshness until final dispatch.
- Implement and maintain HACCP, hygiene, and export compliance standards.
General Management
- Prepare regular reports on sales, operations, and customer feedback.
- Support budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
- Act as a bridge between management, suppliers, and customers.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
