Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage all import and export documentation including:
- Bill of Lading
- Packing List
- Commercial Invoices
- Shipping Instructions
- Letter of Credit documentation
- Liaise with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities for clearance processes.
- Maintain and track all international shipment records, regulatory filings, and compliance requirements.
- Handle basic accounting entries in Tally including:
- Purchase and sales invoices
- Bank reconciliation
- Journal entries and credit notes
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department for audits and month-end closing.
- Keep updated with DGFT, customs, and RBI notifications regarding import/export regulations.
- Maintain documentation in physical and digital formats.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
