- Independently handling the complete Air Import process.
- Coordinate with international agents, airlines, CHAs, and transporters to ensure timely and compliant cargo movement.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and timely filing of documents.
- Maintain strong communication with airlines, customs brokers, transporters, and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze account performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to logistics, freight costs, and inventory movement
- Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities
Educational Qualifications & Work Experience
- Candidates from logistics and Freight forwarding/ CHA industries would be preferred
- 3+ years of experience in air import operations/account management.
- Excellent communication skills.
