Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations for government and institutional clients.
- Handle end-to-end tender documentation, submission, and follow-up on various government portals (GeM, Railways, Defence, Central & State).
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and manufacturers to gather necessary data, certifications, and pricing.
- Analyze tender requirements and ensure compliance with eligibility, documentation, and technical specifications.
- Maintain and organize tender-related documentation and records.
- Regularly update and track tender status and deadlines to ensure timely submissions.
- Use Excel, Word, and other tools efficiently for documentation and reporting.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with customers and vendors via email and phone.
- Work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks with a problem-solving mindset.
Candidate Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in government tender submissions.
- Good understanding of the GeM portal and public procurement procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Should demonstrate a sense of responsibility, ownership, and leadership qualities.
