About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Tender Coordinator to manage and streamline the government e-procurement process. This role involves coordinating all tendering activities across platforms like GEM, e-Gov portals, Indiamart, and TradeIndia to support our sales and business development team.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track tender opportunities on GEM, e-Government portals, TradeIndia, Indiamart, and newspapers
- Coordinate the product listing process on online platforms and ensure information is up to date
- Organize and manage tender bidding, ensuring all documentation is prepared and submitted within deadlines
- Liaise with internal teams to gather necessary inputs and ensure tender compliance
- Maintain detailed records for audits and future reference
- Generate business leads and follow up to convert them into tender participation
- Prepare tender-related reports, including MIS and progress tracking
- Support regulatory compliance with government tender guidelines and documentation protocols
Candidate Profile:
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in tender management; hands-on experience with the GEM portal is essential
- Well-versed in government procurement procedures, documentation, and compliance
- Strong coordination and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and tendering platforms
- Educational Qualification: B.Com (any stream); Postgraduate degree is a plus
