Job Summary:
We are seeking energetic and confident Telecallers to join our team for a UK-based process. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with prospects, and providing information related to recruitment services, haddock, and property management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and candidates in the UK.
- Explain company services clearly and professionally.
- Qualify leads and gather necessary client/candidate details.
- Update CRM/software with accurate call records.
- Maintain excellent call etiquette and communication standards.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management.
Requirements:
- Good English communication skills (speaking & listening).
- Minimum 6 months experience in an international calling process (preferred).
- Comfortable working in UK shift timing.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use calling/CRM software.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
Working Hours: UK Shift (Monday – Friday, [Adjust to exact UK time in IST, e.g., 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM]).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
