Key responsibilities of a Telecaller Sales: Outbound Calling: Making a high volume of calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, explain their benefits, and generate interest. Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying leads through phone conversations, gathering relevant information, and building a pipeline of potential customers. Sales Conversion: Persuading customers to make purchases, schedule appointments, or take other desired actions, ultimately driving sales. Inbound Call Handling: Addressing customer inquiries, providing product information, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintaining Records: Accurately documenting customer interactions, updating databases, and tracking progress towards sales targets. Meeting Targets: Achieving daily, weekly, or monthly sales quotas and contributing to the overall team performance. Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date with product information, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate with customers.
