Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally.
- Explain company services clearly and confidently to prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings, and maintain follow-up with interested clients.
- Update and manage call records, leads, and responses in the database.
- Work closely with the sales/marketing team to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Language Skills: Good communication in English (mandatory) and Hindi.
- Experience: Freshers with good English are welcome; experience in telecalling/telemarketing will be an added advantage.
