- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database
- Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries effectively
- Pitch products or services and generate interest
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong follow-up pipeline
- Record customer information and maintain a lead database
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
