- Maintain and update customer databases and lead records regularly
- Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and conversions.
- Provide accurate information about product specifications, pricing, and availability.
- Introduce and explain solar module products and benefits to potential clients
- Handle customer queries professionally and promptly.
